Jeff Walder - Head Trainer
Jeff has been working with professional, Olympic,
collegiate and amateur athletes for the past 25
years as a performance analyst. He has trained
equine athletes for the past 13 years using his
unique brand of psychology, equine physiology,
biomechanic evaluation and real time video analysis
to produce champions at the highest level of
equine sports. Pioneering such concepts as "jump
count" and "paradoxical training" has allowed
seemingly average horses to perform at elite levels
with wins at Kentucky, Wellington, Saugerties and
Devon just to name a few. Those who train under
Jeff's watchful eye always leave feeling that
they have become a more accomplished rider after
each session.
Robin Walder - Services Coordinator
Acting as the equine services coordinator for the past
5years . Robin Manages sales , shows , away trips ,
transportation as well as all on farm needs including
boarding , special care instructions , packages and any all
special requests made for horse or rider. Robin handles all
behind the scene development to successfully train and
compete in such places as Wellington , Saugarties
,Devon and Kentucky ..... Robin will do everything to make
it happen!
Madison "Maddie" Walder - Jumper extrordinaire
Madison Walder has been riding horses since the age of 3.
At age16 she has now competed on the biggest stages in the
US including Wellington, Kentucky, The Hamptons, Saugerties
Fairhill and Devon. In addition to
Hunter/Jumpers/Eventing she is also skilled in all Western
disciplines. She also boasts of a promising bull riding
future with an 8 second ride at the "Luck of the Draw". Her
riding expertise extends to polo as well as she has worked
for El Sur polo for the past 2 years. Considered an
"elegant" rider by all those professionals who watch her,
Madison has a foundation of dressage and equitation. This
training has allowed her to become one of the finest Junior
Jumpers in the country and enables her to jump at heights of
over 1.65 meters!
Sol
El Sur aka Sol is a 7 year old 17 hand Argentinian
WB jumper prospect. He schools at 1.30 meter and has
shown in Wellington last season. Has the ability to
find his own distances and can be very forgiving,
Clearly a major league athlete who just needs the right
combination of rider and training to unleash his unlimited
potential.
Junior
Blue Moon aka Junior is a 14 year old welsh/TB cross who
is the number one all-around jumper pony in the country.
Having received top ribbons in the pony jumper and high
child/aa divisions and eventing arenas. Wellington,
Devon, Kentucky (pony finals), Radnor Hunt and Saugertis
just to name a few. He is the perfect mount for a
small adult or well schooled child who is looking to win at
the highest level.
